Shipping Policy – Ergomi (ZERG LIMITED)
1. General
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed in the Ergomi online store, operated by ZERG LIMITED, Hong Kong SAR.
2. Shipping options and costs (United Kingdom)
- Standard delivery: £4.99 – free on orders of £50 or more
- Express delivery: £6.99
The shipping options and costs available for your address are always shown at checkout before you pay.
3. Delivery times
Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next working day. Delays can occur during busy periods; these are outside our control. You receive a tracking link by email once your order has shipped.
4. Delivery and risk
Risk for the goods passes to you when the parcel has been delivered to your address or chosen pick-up point. Please check your parcel on receipt. If the packaging is damaged, report it to the carrier and to us by email straight away.
5. Incorrect or incomplete address
You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. If a parcel cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, additional shipping costs may be charged.
6. Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as strikes, customs handling, extreme weather or disruptions at the carrier. If your delivery is significantly delayed, please contact us.
